David Kaplan – COO

David has worked mainly in the not-for profit sector and has extensive experience of leading senior management teams as both a Chief Executive and Director of Operations.

He also has led the charge in facilitating change within small and large organisations alike. In his former roles he has also been responsible for major gifts and trusts fundraising and senior professional recruitment and ongoing professional development and has worked with a range of UHNW individuals. At Generations, David brings this extensive experience to his role and is responsible for delivering strategic consulting, high-level support to key clients alongside his role as Chief Operating Officer for SBC Group. David is and has been a Trustee of several UK charities mainly focused on the student, welfare and associated support spheres.

Strategic IT have deep expertise in delivering change and operating models to increase capability while remaining aligned to the business strategy. This will include roadmap-based planning/execution, project delivery, turnaround of failing projects and costs optimisation activity.

A focal point many of Strategic IT’s projects is modernising the business technology platform to take advantage from the scalability and integration capability that data, digital, cloud and app-based collaborative working delivers.

Strategic IT is headed by Paul Krisman, an experienced executive with a reputation for successful delivery leading major technology initiatives supporting a wide range of organisations ranging from global multi-nationals (HSBC, Lloyds’ Register, Deutsche Bank) to SMEs in industries as diverse as media, medtech, cyber-security, telecoms and real-estate.
